This Video Quick Start Guide is part of the Instructions for Use for the Saletto Saliva Collection Device (Saletto Dx OFCD-320 IFU). For safe use of the product, the Saletto Dx, the Saletto OFCD 320 IFU must be followed.

Do NOT eat, drink, smoke, chew gum, brush teeth, or use mouthwash for 30 minutes before collecting your saliva sample. Make sure the Sponge does not touch any foreign object or surface before, during, or after collection. Read the full instructions for use before collecting your sample.​

Thoroughly wash with water if the gel alone or gel mixed with saliva comes in contact with eyes or skin. Do not ingest gel or gel mixed with saliva from Collection Tube.​

Small parts may pose a choking hazard.

Indications for Use:
The Saletto Dx Saliva Collection Device, OFCD-320, is intended for use in the non-invasive collection of saliva samples for in vitro diagnostic testing of human DNA. Saliva samples may be collected by a healthcare professional or lay user 18 years of age and older who can self-collect samples. Saliva samples collected using the Saletto Dx are stabilized and isolated for use in downstream diagnostic testing applications. Saliva samples collected using the Saletto Dx can be transported and stored long term at ambient conditions.
